Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. After that, orders are confirmed in production and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
All eligible refunds are issued as MKOP store credit, valid for 12 months. We do not refund to cards, UPI, or bank accounts.
Damaged on arrival
If a cake arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup — with photos — and we will replace the item or issue store credit. Complaints raised beyond the 2-hour window cannot be accepted.
Rescheduling
A delivery date can be rescheduled once, at no cost, up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Beyond that, rescheduling is at our discretion and may incur a fee.
Hampers (pan-India)
Hampers follow the same 7-day cancellation rule. Damage-in-transit claims require photos within 24 hours of delivery.
